Contact

Payment, ordering and refunds

Nothing is bought on this website. These answers explain how an enquiry becomes a confirmed booking, how we invoice and what happens if plans change.

How do I order a service?

Start with an enquiry through the contact page. We discuss your production, then send a written quotation listing what is included and the price. When you confirm it in writing, we reserve your dates and begin planning. No payment is taken on the website at any point.

How do I pay?

After the work, or at the stages set out in your quotation, we send an invoice. You pay it by bank transfer using the details printed on the invoice. We do not accept card payments, and there is no online checkout or payment service on this site.

What does a quotation include?

It names the services, the number of crew days, planning time and any extras you chose, together with the dates and location. It also states what is not covered, such as equipment hire or accommodation outside the area. If the scope changes, we amend the quotation before extra work begins.

What can change the price?

The main factors are the number of crew days, the size and complexity of the studio or stage, travel to the venue and the amount of preparation needed. Short notice, late-night working and a larger crew can also change the figure. We explain any difference before you confirm.

Is VAT included?

Quotations state clearly whether VAT is included or added, so the figure you approve is the figure you pay. Where VAT applies, it appears as a separate line on the invoice. The cost estimate on this page is a guide and does not show it.

Can I cancel a confirmed booking?

Yes, but please tell us in writing as soon as you know. What is charged depends on how much planning and crew time has already been committed. The payment and refund policy sets out the details, and your quotation refers back to it.

When would I receive a refund?

If we cannot deliver work you have paid for, or a payment was made in error, we return the relevant amount by bank transfer. Refunds for cancellations follow the terms in our payment and refund policy. Contact us in writing and we reply with the next steps.

Do you offer fixed prices for recurring work?

For regular studio days or ongoing newsroom coordination, we can agree a schedule and a rate in one written quotation. Each period is then invoiced on the dates we set together. Ask us about this when you enquire, and we will discuss what suits your calendar.
